ONLINE PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Following are policy and practices that PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk. (�BCA�) took to show BCA commitment in maintaining your online privacy and security when you visit BCA web and internet banking sites.

BCA employs encryption technology Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with 128 bit encryption to protect the communication between your computer and BCA server during your internet banking session.
To ensure your protection please do the following:
-   Check the certificate regularly to make sure that you are receiving a valid certificate
    registered to IBANK.KLIKBCA.COM.
-   Should you receive a message stating that the certificate is invalid, please do not continue.
    Make sure that you have typed the correct address.
-   Check that there is a lock/key sign at the bottom of your browser which indicates your
   current session is encrypted using SSL. If you do not see the lock/key sign, please logout
  
and login again.

BCA requires you to input your user-id and password before you may access internet banking facility. You may also be required to input your password to approve certain transaction.
To ensure your protection please do the following:
-   Keep your user-id and password secret, do not share them to other people.
-   Do not tell other people your password or any part of your password, even if the person
    said that he/she is BCA personnel. BCA never ask for your password.
-   Change your password regularly and when you suspect that somebody may already know
   your password. Do not use easy to remember password such as; 111111, 222222,
   23456, 654321, date of birth, license plate, address, etc. Do not write your password
   down where other people can read it.
-   Contact Halo BCA Jakarta at (21)52-999-888 if you forget your password or your
   password has been blocked. Follow their instruction on how to activate your account again.

BCA requires you to provide BCA your own e-mail address. BCA will use this e-mail address to send you transaction information that you have performed in your internet banking session.
To ensure your protection please do the following:
-   Provide BCA with your private email address. Please do not use a fake e-mail address.
-   Change your e-mail address as soon as you change your mailbox address.
-
   When you contact BCA through your e-mail, do not send any sensitive or confidential
   account information such as (but not limited to) your password.

BCA does not sell, exchange or otherwise disclose any information regarding BCA site visitors or customers. BCA do not track visitors to BCA site. During your internet banking session, BCA will use cookie which expires when you terminate the session.

All your banking transactions and other account information are kept confidential in accordance to the law and regulation governed by Central Bank of Indonesia (Bank Indonesia) and by BCA own internal Security Policy.

In BCA web site, BCA may provide URL links to other web sites which are not controlled by BCA. BCA are not responsible for the content and security of these sites. If you access these sites please check their privacy and security policies.

Should you arrive at BCA web or internet banking through a URL link from other web sites, please remember to check the domain name to make sure that you are accessing http://www.klikbca.com or https://ibank.klikbca.com.

Due to the variety of internet browser that available, it is difficult to provide a secure internet banking environment for each of them. Currently, BCA only provides a full support for internet banking using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5 or higher.
